Children's Garden Preschool

(Click any pictures to visit the organization's website)

Our closest partnership is with a preschool that rents our facility. Unashamedly Christian and uncompromisingly excellent, this is much more than daycare. Children's Garden has been here in West Monroe for decades, making a difference in children's lives and preparing them for Kindergarten. Cypress Street has been a close partner through the years and we are proud of it!

Mercy Multiplied

Lives transformed. Hope restored.

Our church supports Mercy Multiplied, with a local home right here in West Monroe, LA.

Mercy Multiplied's free-of-charge, voluntary, faith-based residential program serves young women from all socio-economic backgrounds, ages 13-28, who face a combination of life-controlling issues such as eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, depression and unplanned pregnancy. Mercy also serves young women who have been physically and sexually abused, including victims of sex trafficking. Using proven methods, a holistic approach and professional counselors in a structured residential environment, Mercy has helped thousands of young women be restored to wholeness. Mercy’s goal is to help these young women find freedom from their issues and empower them to serve in their communities as productive citizens.

Children of Promise

Change a life, sponsor a child.

As the child sponsorship ministry of the Church of God (Anderson, IN), Children of Promise partners with Church of God congregations in 27 countries across the globe to provide food, schooling, health care, and spiritual nurture to children in need. Begun in 1992, the ministry now reaches children in poor, isolated villages as well as those in teeming, urban slums. Wherever children need help, Children of Promise wants to be there.

Grace Place Ministries

Ordinary People Serving an Extraordinary God

Grace Place, here in Monroe, is a place where the hungry find food, the naked find clothing, the weary find rest, and the people of the local church and community find a place to serve as the hands and feet of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Christian Community Ministries

We give much of our financial assistance funds to Christian Community Ministries in Monroe who provide food, clothing, and a variety of other assistance to those in need. They are able to do much more through the support of many churches than we could hope to do on our own.

Project 41

Local Organization Fighting Human Trafficking

This amazing still-young local ministry is rescuing, valuing, and transforming victims of human trafficking in the name of Jesus. And they're doing it in our own backyard. We became engaged with Project 41 on Freedom Sunday 2016. You can still hear about it in our media player!

Gideons International

Help Spread the Good News

Operation Christmas Child

Good News. Great Joy.

Known around the world for the shoeboxes that carry Christmas gifts to children in poverty-stricken places, Operation Christmas Child is about more than gifts. It is about an opportunity for local churches here to empower local churches there to reach into their hopeless communities with the hope of the gospel. We are proud to count our boxes amongst the millions that share Jesus with the children of the world each year.
